Occupational Therapy
I am an occupational therapist, practicing for more than 25 years, a graduate from University of New Mexico, Albuquerque. I have successfully acquired the knowledge and experience to provide skilled and compassionate care for whatever disease, deficit, and/or dysfunction you or your loved one may be experiencing. The healthcare field has become a very daunting entity with long waiting times for appointments with physicians and outpatient therapy clinics, as we are now living in a “demand and no supply” environment! In response, I have shifted my focus towards health equity for access and quality of life, instead of productivity and insurance parameters!
Milagro means “miracle” in Spanish, and to me it means “a highly improbable or extraordinary event or accomplishment that brings very welcome consequences.” Miracle therapy requires you and me, collaboratively engaged in exploring strategies and interventions that will improve your daily functioning abilities, regain precious skills/talents, and especially be your best self.
I hope you will take the time to learn more about your body, health, and possibilities! Sign up for a 45 minute “let’s get acquainted” session to see if we are a mutually good fit. Thank you….
